Our Guarantee & Return Policies
If you are not
100% satisfied - return the unused product(s), in their original
shipping container, and we will refund the entire cost of
the tool (excluding shipping and handling). In general, we accept
returns on unused merchandise within
30
days of invoice date, in their original shipping package. K2 Summit
Enterprise Group reserves the right to
limit returns beyond 30 days. You can download and read

We will not accept returned products under
the following conditions:

products not returned in their original
packaging
-
products returned without a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
-
products that are missing parts, labels
or serial number plates
-
products that have been obviously used,
damaged or tampered with
STEP 1 - OBTAIN YOUR
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER
You may request an RMA:
We'll
need the following information to authorize your return
- Customer name /
Company Name
- Invoice number
- Item serial
number(s)
- Contact Telephone Number
STEP 2 - PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
After you've gotten your RMA
Number: re-package the
product in its original container and send
to:

STEP 3 - RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Credit
will be issued toward one of the following:
- A cash refund,
if the order was pd. by check
- A refund credit issued to Credit Card, if the order
was pd. by said means w/in the last 30 days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to K2 Summit
on returned items, However,
K2 Summit
will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s)
if applicable.
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the receipt of your returned
merchandise for your refund to reach you.
