The EZ-Set™ was invented in 2004 by a successful Contractor with over 25 yrs. of experience in landscaping.  He thought there had to be a 'better way' to accurately place large pieces of stone, blocks and boulders, on  job sites without using straps, shovels, crowbars or two-by-fours for placement.  Soon after, this industrious landscaper had sketched an idea on a paper napkin....and the EZ-Set™ was born.

Today, this award winning tool is patent-pending, with world-wide distribution....and has been wildly successful with the Landscaping and Construction Industries, Monument and Headstone Manufacturers and Municipalities and Ground Maintenance Departments.

Owned by K2 Summit Enterprises Group, the EZ-Set™ is based in Minneapolis, MN.   K2 Summit continues to research and develop new models of Scissor Frames, as well as a variety of new interchangeable plates. In 2007 three new plates as well as the Compact Equipment Adapter Series were introduced to the market.  2008 saw a storage/cleaning rack for the PRO PACK-4000 and the hugely successful 6,000 lb. Series called The Big DAWG.™   Now, in 2009, we have introduced The Tree Claw, New SP-4860 Plates and Barrel Plates.
